Përfaqësuesë të 7Arte marrin pjesë në takimin rreth identifikimit të projektit të Fondit për Projektet e Investimeve Kapitale CIF.2 për komunën e Mitrovicës.
Arsyeja e këtij takimi ishte identifikimi dhe përzgjedhja e një projekti me të cilin Komuna e Mitrovicës do të konkuronte në nivel të Komunave të Kosovës, ku projektet fituese do të përzgjidhen nga UN-Habitat-i në bashkëpunim me MAPL-në, andaj pjesëmarrja e organizatave të shoqërisë civile të Mitrovicës në këtë proces vendimmarrës ishte e mëse domosdoshme.
Drejtori i drejtorisë për shërbime publike dhe infrastrukturë Z.Granit Tmava, pas kërkesës së banorëve të Tunelit të Parë propozoi të aplikojë me projektin “Rivitalizimi i hapësirave publike në Tunel të Parë” dhe shprehi vullnetin që këtë projekt ta diskutojë bashkarisht me të pranishmit për të marrë mendime dhe sugjerime që ndërlidhen me projektin.
Ndër të tjera, OJQ “7 Arte” e përkrahu projektin “Rivitalizimi i hapësirave publike në Tunel të Parë” meqenëse shumë aspekte të këtij projekti ndërlidhen me qëllimet dhe programet e organizatës “7Arte”, përfshirë këtu zhvillimin dhe krijimin e hapësirave publike – gjelbëruese dhe kulturore që do i shërbenin zhvillimit ekonomik dhe mirëqenies së komunitetit.
Vlen të kujtojmë se 7Arte ka inicuar projekt idenë që njëherit do i shërbente kësaj nisme, e që ka të bëjë me rivitalizimin e objektit i cili për dekada me radhë qëndron i braktisur dhe në anën tjetër ofron potencial për të shërbyer si qendër kulturore apo kinema me anekse tjera që do siguronin vetqëndrueshmëri. Për të arritur këtë, 7Arte pret bashkëpunim me nivelin lokal dhe qendror, si dhe organizatat relevante në mënyrë që projekti “Rivitalizimi i hapësirave publike në Tunel të Parë” të përfshijë edhe këtë propozim, meqë kjo hapësirë do luante një rol kyq drejt zhvillimit të qëndrueshëm, integrimit dhe zhvillimit social e kulturor.
“7Arte” proposes the revitalization of the cultural center in “Tuneli i Parë”
Representatives of “7Arte” participated in the meeting on this topic “The identification of the CIF.2 Capital Investment Projects Fund project, for the municipality of Mitrovica”.
The purpose of this meeting was the identification and selection of a project with which the Municipality of Mitrovica would compete at the level of Kosovo Municipalities, where the winning projects will be selected by UN-Habitat in cooperation with Ministry of Environment Special Planning and Infrastructure, therefore the participation of NGO-s in this decision-making process was more than necessary.
The director for public services and infrastructure, Mr. Granit Tmava, after receiving the requests of the residents of Tuneli i Parë, proposed the project “Revitalization of public spaces in the First Tunnel” to apply and expressed the willingness to discuss this project together with the participants of the meeting. He also welcomed thoughts and suggestions that were related to the project.
Among others, the NGO “7 Arte” supported the project “Revitalization of public spaces in “Tuneli i Parë” considering that many aspects of this project are related to the goals and programs of the organization “7Arte”, including the development and creation of (greenery) public and cultural spaces that would serve to the economic development and well-being of the local community.
It is worth remembering that 7Arte has initiated a project idea that would also serve this initiative, which has to do with the revitalization of an abandoned building which for decades remains unused, while it has the potential to serve as a cultural center/cinema with other annexes that would provide self-sustainability. To achieve this, 7Arte expects cooperation with institutions at the local and central level, and relevant organization, as well, so that the project “Revitalization of public spaces in the Tuneli i Parë” should include this proposal, arguing that this public space would play a key role towards sustainable development, social integration, and cultural development of the community.
