Drejtori i 7Arte, z. Lulzim Hoti ishte një nga 4 panelistët në panelin “Networks” (“Rrjetet”) të organizuar gjatë ditës së dytë të konferencës “Public Civic Partnership for Reforming Cultural Governance in Kosovo”, në qytetin e Pejës, me datën 14 dhjetor 2021.

Bashkëpanelistë ishin Tihana Pupovac, Inga Remeta dhe Aleksandar Popović, moderuar nga Luka Knežević Strika.

Përgjatë diskutimit, panelistët shtjelluan të përbashkëtat ndërmjet rrjeteve në nivel rajonal, kombëtar dhe lokal. Ata folën gjithashtu për sfidat e përgjithshme në praktikën e përditshme të rrjetëzimit, si ballafaqimi me realitetet politike dhe gjetja e ekuilibrit të duhur në pjesëmarrjen dhe komunikimin e anëtarëve.

Konferenca është mundësuar me mbështetjen financiare të Bashkimit Evropian, në kuadër të projektit “Civic Public Partnership for Innovative Governance of Public Infrastructure” (“Partneriteti Publik Qytetar për Qeverisje Inovative të Infrastrukturës Publike”) të zbatuar nga Anibar, Lumbardhi, 7 Arte, dhe Pogon.

Public Civic Partnership for Reforming Cultural Governance in Kosovo

The director of 7Arte, Mr. Lulzim Hoti was one of the 4 panelists in the panel “Networks” organized during the second day of the conference “Public Civic Partnership for Reforming Cultural Governance in Kosovo”, in the city of Peja, on December 14, 2021.

Co-panelists were Tihana Pupovac, Inga Remeta and Aleksandar Popović, moderated by Luka Knežević Strika.

Throughout the discussion, the panelists explained the commonalities between the networks on the regional, national and local level. They also talked about common challenges in the daily practice of networking, like dealing with political realities and finding the right balance in member participation and communication.
