Hapet projekti Stardust-Memory nga Sophie Guyot në Mitrovicë
Drita e yjeve shihet edhe mijëra vjet pasi ata janë shuar, kështu edhe në Mitrovicë, kujtimet e disa të vdekurve do të shndritin netëve bashkë me hënën.
Ky është koncepti i artistes zvicrane Sophie Guyot për projektin e saj Stardust-Memory, të cilin e hapi me datën 19.11.2021, në hapësirat e organizatës 7Arte në Mitrovicë.
Stardust-Memory trajton historinë e familjeve që kanë jetuar në të dy pjesët e qytetit të ndarë të Mitrovicës, me një pasqyrë historike të kësaj zone konfliktuale në mënyrë paqësore dhe pajtuese. Çështjet kryesore që projekti adreson janë si më poshtë:
– historitë personale dhe historia e qytetit,
– shprehja artistike e historive personale dhe
– fuqia pajtuese e shprehjes artistike përmes qasjes individuale.
Duke shpalosur elemente intime dhe private në hapësirën publike, projekti Stardust – memory krijon lidhje mes njerëzve dhe kohërave, duke ofruar kështu një evokim bashkëkohor të asaj që përbën shoqërinë e njerëzve, përtej kufijve gjeografikë dhe kohorë.
Projekti u prezentua para përfaqësuesve të Ambasadës Zvicrane në Kosovë, bashkëpunëtorëve lokal dhe familjarëve të personave, imazhet e së cilëve janë ringjallur përmes dritës.
Pas prezentimit të artistes, dhe fjalëve të rastit të drejtorit të 7Arte dhe zëvendës Ambasadorës së Zvicrës në Kosovë, znj. Pauline Menthonnex, artistja zvicrrane udhëhoqi të ftuarit në vizitën e këtyre veprave artistike të vendosura në pesë pika të ndryshme të qytetit.
Përmes fotografive të rralla dhe informatave të dhëna nga familjarët, artistja ka arritur që të dizajnojë siluetën e personave me elemente në prapavijë që lidhen me jetën apo veprimtarinë e tyre.
Projekti Stardust – Memory është iniciuar dhe organizuar nga artistja zvicerrane znj.Sophie Guyot, Ambasada e Zvicrës në Kosovë, qyteti i Lozanës, NGO Aktiv (në pjesën veriore) dhe 7Arte. Artistët vendas që kanë mbështetur artisten në këtë projekt janë: Ismet Shehu, Nora Prekazi me shkrime, Mevlude Skuroshi me përkthime, Lulzim Hoti dhe 7Arte në implementimin e projektit.
Punimet artistike do të shpërfaqin siluentën ndriçuese të pesë figurave përgjatë dhjetë netve në Mitrovicë dhe se në këtë rast kontribuan edhe Muzeu i Qytetit, Qendra OMNI Sport, Qendra e Kulturës dhe Restaurant Ura.
Artistja shprehet se ky është episodi i parë i këtij rrugëtimi të saj në kujtesën e njerëzëve, epizodet në vazhdim do të implementohen në qytete të tjera, por Mitrovica mbetet nismëtare.

Opening of the Stardust-Memory project by Sophie Guyot in Mitrovica
The light of the stars can be seen thousands of years after they have been extinguished, likewise in Mitrovica, the memories of some of the dead will shine in the nights together with the moon.
This is the concept of the Swiss artist Sophie Guyot for her project Stardust-Memory, which she opened on 19.11.2021, in the premises of the organization 7 arte in Mitrovica.
Stardust-Memory deals with the history of families who have lived in both parts of the divided city of Mitrovica, with a historical overview of this conflict area in a peaceful and reconciling manner. The main issues that the project addresses are as follows:
– personal stories and history of the city,
– artistic expression of personal stories and
– the conciliatory power of artistic expression through ndividual approach.
By unveiling intimate and private elements in the public space, the Stardust – memory project creates a connection between people and times, thus providing a contemporary evocation of what constitutes human society, beyond geographical and temporal boundaries.
The project was presented to the representatives of the Swiss Embassy in Kosovo, local collaborators and family members of the people whose images have been revived through light.
After the presentation of the artist, and the occasional words of the director of 7 arte and the Deputy Ambassador of Switzerland in Kosovo, the Swiss artist led the guests and staff of 7 arte to visit these works of art located in 5 different points of the city.
Through rare photographs and information provided by family members, the artist has managed to design the silhouette of people with elements in the background that relate to their lives.
The Stardust – Memory project was initiated and organized by the Swiss artist Mrs. Sophie Guyot, the Swiss Embassy in Kosovo, the city of Lausanne, NGO Aktiv (in the northern part) and 7Arte. The local artists who have supported the artist in this project are: Ismet Shehu, Nora Prekazi with writings, Mevlude Skuroshi with translations, Lulzim Hoti and 7Arte in the implementation of the project.
The works of art will display the illuminating silhouette of five figures for ten nights in Mitrovica, and in this case also contributed the City Museum, OMNI Sports Center, the Cultural Center and Restaurant Ura.
The artist says that this is the first episode of her journey in the memory of the people, the following episodes will be implemented in other cities, but Mitrovica remains the initiator.
