Në kuadër të projektit Green Fest, 7Arte publikoi edhe drurin me ide të gjelbra të cilat u mblodhën përgjatë aktiviteteve të ndryshme mjedisore dhe kulturore,si dhe nga vizitat në disa nga shkollat fillore dhe të mesme të Mitrovicës me të rinjtë.
Ideja për drurin e gjelbër të Mitrovicës ka dalur si rrjedhojë e aktivitetit Green Talks me 15 Shkurt ku u zhvillua diskutim “Si mund ta bëj qytetin tim më të gjelbër?” ku të pranishëm ishin edhe përfaqësues nga Komuna e Mitrovicës Jugore, më saktësisht Z. Faruk Mujka – nënkryetar i Komunës së Mitrovicës, Z. Shukri Gashi – Drejtor i Drejtorisë së Financave dhe Zhvillimit Ekonomik, Z. Ekrem Sadiku – Drejtor i Drejtorisë së Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural.
Gjatë këtij aktiviteti, përpos diskutimit, të pranishmit u përfshinë edhe në aktivitetin e ndarjes së ideve dhe iniciativave për fillimin e transformimit të Mitrovicës në qytet të gjelbër si dhe vazhdimi i mbledhjes së ideve me më shumë të rinjë nga Mitrovica. . Nënkryetari i Komunës së Mitrovicës Z. Mujka, u zotua për mbështetjen e dy iniciativave.
Aktiviteti ka vazhduar deri në përfundim të muajit Qershor ku pastaj është bërë edhe përmbledhja finale e ideve të gjelbra në mënyrë që rezultatet të publikohen dhe të dorëzohet tek nënkryetari i Komunës së Mitrovicës jugore.
Ky projekt është mbështetur në kuadër të skemës së granteve “Empower– Engage– Build Ownership”, që financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian, menaxhuar nga Zyra e Bashkimit Evropian në Kosovë, si dhe implementuar nga Balkan Green Foundation (BGF) dhe Instituti për Politika Zhvillimore (INDEP).
Mitrovica’s Future Tree
Within the framework of the Green Fest project, 7Arte also published the tree with green ideas that gathered through various environmental and cultural activities as well as visits to some of the primary and secondary schools of Mitrovica with young people.
The idea for the green tree of Mitrovica has emerged as a result of the Green Talks event on February 15, where the discussion “How can I make my greenest city?” was held and were present were representatives from the Municipality of South Mitrovica, namely Mr. Faruk Mujka – Deputy Mayor of Municipality of Mitrovica, Mr. Shukri Gashi – Director of the Directorate of Finance and Economic Development, Mr. Ekrem Sadiku – Director of the Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development.
During this event, besides the discussion, participants were also involved in the activity of sharing ideas and initiatives for starting the transformation of Mitrovica into a green city and continuing the gathering of ideas with the more youth from Mitrovica. Deputy Mayor of Mitrovica Mr. Mujka vowed to support the two initiatives.
The activity has continued until the end of June, where the final summary of green ideas has been made in order for the results to be published and submitted to the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of South Mitrovica.
This project is supported under the grand scheme “Empower-Engage- Build-Ownership”, financed by European Union, managed by the European Union Office in Kosovo, and implemented by the Balkan Green Foundation (BGF) and the Institute for Development Policy (INDEP).
